You have hundreds of plays to pick, which have the time do not work. This game offers great graphics, the commentary is great, etc. You have no controls on the level of difficulty. If you want to purchase a game, and have little interaction.
The game itself is very frustrating. This is your game. You have hardly any interaction with defense, which is most of you game time. I know why this game gets great reviews. But if you are just wanting to watch a game, you have purchase the right game. You kinda sit back and let the game play itself on defense.
When you play the cpu and on offensive, I hike the ball less that a second I am sacked. I am like, WHAT.
If you want to interact with the game. But here is my problem, the game plays itself.
Every went to an arcade game, you put your quarter in, and a second later, your dead.Yes, the game has great graphics, great commentary, great playbooks, etc. Your selection of what to do is great.
EA has spent alot of time making it a "fancy" game, but let the interaction to a minimum. etc.
Purchase something else.
I bought this game for my nephew. He loves it.
Apart from the screen size this version is hardly distinguisable from the PS2 port. Almost seemless gameplay and commentary. Keeps me busy for hours taking the Colts back to the Superbowl.
This keeps my boyfriend in place. He will play this for hours on hand. Now it is portable for him.
Maybe 08 will have less bugs and a super bowl celebration when you win. Madden 06 took forever, and 07 had a lot of bugs. Handhelds just hit an all-time high. C'mon EA you really made it seem like winning it all wasn't a big deal. Im a big fan of handhelds because I always had a problem playing with others, and most of the people I play are sore losers. I really had fun with the PSP Madden. And how about a more detailed sideline that isnt barren and dirty unis when you play on muddy surface. Other than that it is a very good football fix.
